I loved the convenience of this hotel's location, right next to the shopping mall. It was great to have the option to go for a stroll whenever I wanted. the hotel was very close to a beach, awesome for easy access to the beautiful coastline. The cleanliness of the hotel room was excellent, with everything being new and very clean. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were great, including a fantastic amenity pool and a well-equipped gym with a great view. The staff at the hotel provided a very nice check-in experience and the breakfast each morning was fresh and healthy, offering a great start to the day.

Fantastic design by Hirsch Bedner Associates. Good food and helpful staff. Big comfy beds, clean rooms, and great bathroom. Free breakfast with a small ocean view. Modern decor, walkable to the beach. Would stay again.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who love to shop, as it is right beside the La Isla shopping center. You can easily take a leisurely stroll whenever you feel like it. Plus, being very close to a shopping mall means you have plenty of dining and entertainment options right at your doorstep.

Although the hotel has a great design and offers a fantastic location, the service could be more consistent. Some guests experienced sporadic and random room servicing, which left them feeling disappointed.

I had a fantastic stay at Canopy. The staff, especially Carlos and Adrian, greeted me with warm smiles and ensured that I had an amazing experience throughout my 6-day stay. The hotel's location right next to the mall was convenient, and we had access to everything we needed. The Thai restaurant in the mall was a highlight, with delicious food and a beautiful water view for watching the sunset. Taking the local bus to downtown was a cost-effective transportation option. The rooftop bar was fine, offering amazing views. The cocktails made by Joe were excellent, and he even created a special drink for me on multiple nights. I mentioned to Jesus that it was my birthday, and he surprised me with a treat. The overall atmosphere and artistic touch of the hotel were good.

The breakfast options were limited, especially for my family who were not familiar with Mexican breakfast. The room was a bit humid, and the AC didn't work well, making the beds feel wet and uncomfortable for sleeping.

The hotel's location in the heart of La Isla Mall and surrounded by restaurants and shopping streets was awesome. As a budget traveler, I loved the convenience of having everything I needed within walking distance.

Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel was the perfect luxurious getaway! We were blown away by the exclusive amenities offered here. the outdoor swimming pool was one of the best we had ever seen, with a mesmerizing view of the skyline from the rooftop pool. the spa centre was nothing short of amazing, and we indulged ourselves in a full body massage and beauty treatment. the restaurant offered a delectable buffet breakfast with a variety of special diet menus. the room had exclusive advantages like a private balcony, an espresso machine, and in-room breakfast on demand.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the parking lot, which was a bit far from the hotel, and we had to walk 5-10 minutes to the hotel. this was compensated by the exceptional service offered by the staff, who made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in.
